Admission Information for Out of Area or Overseas
The Potomac School receives many inquiries every year from families in various locations around the world. The following information should be helpful as you begin the application process to the Potomac School.
1. Visits:
Our literature mentions visits for students applying at all levels. If you are in the area with your child at any time during the year, we would like the opportunity to meet him or her. If you are planning to visit the area, please let the office know well ahead of time so that an admission officer can be available.
We do understand that it is not always possible for those out-of-area applicants to visit. If you are unable to bring your child to the school, the Admission Committee will make a decision based on all of the written materials we gather for your child’s folder.
